The office sector represents the most significant portion of the asset allocation of institutional investors and the sector most influenced by the new modes of remote work. New work needs are thus leading to a change in demand for spaces and in the physical characteristics of new properties, but also in supply, with increasingly complex technological solutions and greater attention to services and the issue of environmental sustainability.
