Despite China’s considerable importance in global trade and the increasing need for Chinese companies to have branches in foreign markets, for years our country has lacked specific databases and accurate data from official sources regarding the presence of these enterprises in the relevant territories. The data from the Italy China Council Foundation fills this gap, but it is above all the experience in the field – together with the analysis of some case studies – that shows what the winning management model is for these companies: integration of Chinese leadership with local methods and practices, in an authentic multicultural perspective.
