The Renewer’s Dilemma in the Management of Collective Turnover

Dealing with collective turnover on a strictly quantitative level, without considering the implications both in relational terms and as regards widespread knowledge, can represent a serious managerial error. If it is a recurring phenomenon due to the specific characteristics of the sector to which an organization belongs, it must be scheduled so as to take into account relational components and tacit knowledge. The concept of change must therefore be embraced as a managerial philosophy, so as not to suffer when it becomes necessary to face it.
