Collaborating is Difficult, but for Supply Chains it is Necessary

Collaborations along the supply chains of the agri-food industry are essential to compete in a global market. There is still considerable resistance due to the nature of these supply chains and the complex relationships within the companies involved. In addition to organizational difficulties, supply chains must address environmental challenges, the resolution of which is necessarily linked to collaborative efforts among companies, buyers, and non-commercial actors.
