The imperative of every good entrepreneur, administrator, and manager is to give adequate space to reflection on what, how, and why to do business, concentrating on the construction of a “strong” market position and on the creation of an organizational context and environment able to generate cohesiveness, motivation, and energy.
Moreover, for the economic and cultural development of Italy, it is of vital importance that businesses be led by entrepreneurs able to make companies flourish with a “spirit of love and intelligence,” taking care of the company, the family, and themselves.
