Being a Strategy Maker in the Digital Era
In the context of the broad digital transformation currently underway, CEOs must represent the engine of corporate change. The CEO is also required to renew the strategies and define new business goals that include specific provisions for the creation of digital value.
To make investments in digital transformation more efficient, CEOs must support cultural change on multiple levels: decision-making culture, and a culture of partnership between human and artificial intelligence.
