La situazione, infatti, continua ad essere critica sia nel settore delle costruzioni sia in quello delle compravendite, non facilitata dall’atteggiamento tuttora negativo del sistema bancario. Le previsioni sono difficili, ma qualche tempo sarà necessario per realizzare l’inversione del ciclo. Affinché questo avvenga è indispensabile un diverso atteggiamento delle banche nonché un ridimensionamento dei prezzi dei beni immobili al fine di far tornare interessante il relativo rendimento.
