General Directors Face the Crisis

The ability of general directors of public health companies (“ASP”) to respond to crises depends on managerial practices aimed at effectively responding to the conditions of turbulence through timely decisions, clearly and directly communicating the reasons for those interventions. Proper management of a crisis can help identify the lines of evolution able to enrich and make the leadership of ASPs more effective.
