The Ligurian Logistics Platform
Thanks to its geographic position in the heart of the Mediterranean, Italy represents a true "logistical platform" that offers multiple access points along its coast and in particular along the ports of the Tyrrhenian and Adriatic seas. However, it is necessary to rethink the role of ports, that must aim to acquire a different dimension that includes the entire maritime-port-logistics cluster, including through more intense control and planning along the entire transport chain to the benefit of the competitiveness of the national production system.
