One of the new elements of neoliberalism is the possibility of capitalist accumulation that segments and divides the world of labor, rather than making it homogenous. Yet reunification of labor, that leads to collective awareness by workers to produce common struggles for the defense of their rights, is extremely complicated. To overcome the current crisis a new model of development is needed, that has a strict and binding link with labor as a social actor, that must return to thinking with a horizon of international solidarity.
