From Research to Practice: Game-Based Learning for Knowledge Transfer
Although the importance of knowledge transfer is widely recognized, effectively integrating this process into organizations is still a central challenge. Organizational learning addresses this issue by fostering the acquisition, interpretation, and application of knowledge to generate meaningful change. This study examines the co-development of a game-based experiential learning mechanism designed to bridge the gap between knowledge transfer and organizational learning. The game, conceived to engage professionals in decision-making and problem-solving simulations, aims to support the application of knowledge in real-world contexts. The study proposes a replicable framework for building experiential learning tools and positions game-based learning as a promising strategy for overcoming barriers to knowledge transfer.
