Managers of Tomorrow: Rethinking Education in the Age of AI
Management education has gone through a profound evolution, moving from a hierarchical and theoretical approach to a dynamic, systemic, and digital model, one that aligns with economic, technological and social transformations. Beginning with the managerial revolution described by Chandler, the emergence of the managerial ruling class has redefined the logic of business. The integration of new technologies and AI is redefining educational content, methods and goals, posing new ethical and pedagogical challenges for the future.
