Navigating technology introduction and integration: three foundational requirements for success
Successful integration of new technologies, whether software or capital-intensive hardware, is paramount for organizational resilience and competitive advantage. However, this process has three requirements to work: adoption of a 'systems of systems' perspective; long-term thinking; and a deeply ingrained culture of critical thinking and innovation.
