Despite its enormous importance, the value of real estate assets remains difficult to calculate with precision, not only in a fragmented landscape like Italy's, but also at the international level. In this context, an interesting contribution comes from the research activities of the REInnovation Lab at SDA Bocconi, which this year was able to exploit new data to build a model for estimating the determinants of the asking price in various segments of the residential market, highlighting for the first time in a specific way, the contribution of the various components that contribute to its definition.
