The Feminist Revolution for a New Era of Management

Gender discrimination remains a significant problem in businesses, with negative impacts on female employment and pay equity. Yet, a silent but irresistible revolution is radically transforming traditional corporate governance and management models, challenging our notions of power, merit criteria, and definitions of success. This movement unites men and women of all ages against all forms of inequality, under the banner of the "intersectional feminism" model. If the path towards an inclusive and sustainable future appears to be set, companies have no choice but to adapt to the new reality, while management scholars can offer innovative perspectives to guide the change.
